HR Business Partner

Location: Delft, Netherlands; hybrid working environment

Salary: €4,500–€6,500 gross per month

What you will do

• Act as a strategic sparring partner for department leadership.
• Advise on workforce planning, talent management, performance, employee relations, and organizational change.
• Translate business and HR strategy into concrete initiatives with clear owners and milestones.
• Use data to create decision-relevant insights and measure organizational impact.
• Coach managers through complex people topics and handle sensitive matters with integrity.
• Challenge assumptions, clarify trade-offs, and maintain agreed standards with senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• Solid experience as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable advisory HR role.
• Strong knowledge of performance and talent management and employee relations.
• Business mindset combined with genuine care for people.
• Structured, evidence-based approach to planning, decision-making, and follow-up.
• Fluent English is required.
• Hbo/wo education and a medior or senior level of experience.
