People Partner Bean to Bar

What you will do

• Partner with leaders across Operations, the Factory, Super Store and Tony’s Open Chain to translate business priorities into people strategies, organizational design initiatives and workforce plans.
• Advise approximately 15 people leaders and support a population of 80–100 employees across multiple functions and geographies.
• Coach managers across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, talent development, succession planning, engagement and offboarding.
• Lead talent and leadership development initiatives, identify capability gaps and create growth opportunities.
• Manage complex employee relations, wellbeing, absence, performance improvement and organizational change matters.
• Lead and develop the Bean to Bar People Partnering team while contributing to People & Culture projects, process improvements and data-driven workforce insights.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in HR advisory, HR business partnering or People Partnering within FMCG, manufacturing, supply chain or operational environments.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and coaching managers on performance, organizational development and employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of Dutch employment law and experience in international or EMEA-based organizations.
• Proven experience managing complex employee relations cases, wellbeing initiatives, absence management and organizational change.
• Fluent English and Dutch, written and verbal, are required.
• Experience with HR systems, people analytics, Excel and reporting tools, together with strong organization and stakeholder management skills.
