What you will do

• Lead the YourCause business unit with full P&L accountability, driving strategy, execution, and growth.
• Design and implement an ambitious growth strategy to double the business, leveraging AI and data-driven insights.
• Manage a global, cross-functional organization including sales, marketing, product, services, and customer success.
• Build and execute an Annual Operating Plan (AOP) that balances near-term profitability with long-term scale.
• Partner with Corporate Strategy to identify and integrate M&A opportunities to realize full value.
• Instrument the business with clear metrics and dashboards to ensure speed, alignment, and accountability.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Proven experience as a P&L owner in a global SaaS company with $300M+ in revenue.
• Deep domain expertise in Corporate Social Responsibility and Corporate Philanthropy.
• Demonstrated success in scaling businesses and leading cross-functional teams through significant expansion.
• Strong command of SaaS economics and Rule of 40+ performance discipline.
• Experience engaging with Boards of Directors and representing the brand to executive stakeholders.
