Location: Remote (Must be based in Australia)

What you will do

  • Own the Australian market strategy, revenue growth, and regional P&L performance.
  • Build and scale the agency ecosystem by developing strategic relationships with agency owners, consultants, and influencers.
  • Drive customer acquisition and market penetration across Australia.
  • Represent the company as the face of the brand at conferences, trade shows, and industry events.
  • Provide market intelligence and localization feedback to global product and leadership teams.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Revenue, and Customer Success teams to execute growth initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading growth, partnerships, revenue, or market expansion initiatives at scale.
  • Track record of building businesses or business units and working directly with executive leadership.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS, digital marketing, or the agency industry.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to operate independently in a remote-first environment.
  • Must be located in Australia.

Nice to have

  • Existing strong relationships within the Australian agency, marketing, or SaaS ecosystem.
  • Experience in public speaking and building personal brand authority.
  • Familiarity with the HighLevel platform and ecosystem.
