What you will do
- Own the Australian market strategy, revenue growth, and regional P&L performance.
- Build and scale the agency ecosystem by developing strategic relationships with agency owners, consultants, and influencers.
- Drive customer acquisition and market penetration across Australia.
- Represent the company as the face of the brand at conferences, trade shows, and industry events.
- Provide market intelligence and localization feedback to global product and leadership teams.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Revenue, and Customer Success teams to execute growth initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading growth, partnerships, revenue, or market expansion initiatives at scale.
- Track record of building businesses or business units and working directly with executive leadership.
- Deep understanding of SaaS, digital marketing, or the agency industry.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to operate independently in a remote-first environment.
- Must be located in Australia.

- Existing strong relationships within the Australian agency, marketing, or SaaS ecosystem.
- Experience in public speaking and building personal brand authority.
- Familiarity with the HighLevel platform and ecosystem.
