What you will do
- Own and deliver full P&L accountability, driving revenue growth, margin expansion, and cost discipline.
- Lead the transformation from a fragmented country-based model to a focused portfolio of three core product lines.
- Define and execute a multi-year growth strategy for the B2B SaaS business across European markets.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to shape an innovation-driven roadmap, including AI-enabled capabilities.
- Lead a pan-European operating model, driving structural and cultural transformation across the organization.
- Act as a senior ambassador for the company with customers, partners, and regulators across Europe.
Requirements
- 5+ years of senior leadership experience (GM/VP level) with full P&L ownership in a software or tech-enabled business.
- Proven track record in enterprise B2B software, preferably SaaS.
- Experience leading pan-European businesses with strong cultural awareness across multiple geographies.
- Demonstrated success in change leadership and organizational transformation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Must be based in or able to work from Alphen Aan Den Rijn, Netherlands

- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA).
- Experience leveraging AI, data, and modern technology platforms to drive innovation.
