What you will do

• Define and execute a bold, multi-year strategic vision to establish the brand as a category leader.
• Lead the upmarket motion, evolving positioning and product to win larger enterprise customers.
• Own the brand's full P&L, budgeting, and overall operational excellence.
• Accelerate product velocity and shipping cadence to turn momentum into consistent delivery.
• Drive end-to-end commercial performance across PLG, inbound, and sales-led motions.
• Build, coach, and retain a high-performing, fully remote leadership team.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience as CEO, GM, or senior executive in a B2B PLG SaaS company.
• Track record of scaling products through successful upmarket transitions.
• Strong financial acumen with full P&L responsibility.
• Expertise in hiring and managing top performers in a fully remote environment.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Must be based in Europe.
