What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for property owners, managing relationships and ensuring high satisfaction.
• Monitor property pricing and availability, making manual adjustments as needed.
• Coordinate operational tasks including maintenance, pest control, and seasonal property care.
• Manage property improvement proposals and performance recommendations to maximize rental returns.
• Handle administrative processes such as contract collection and documentation requests.
• Liaise between property owners and internal operations teams to resolve issues effectively.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Property Management.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset and ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy.
• Experience in the hospitality or short-term rental industry is highly desirable.
• Comfortable working within an international and partially remote team environment.
