What you will do
- Provide high-quality service to customers via email and phone.
- Advise customers on product selection and the sales process.
- Manage logistical and delivery-related issues.
- Deliver comprehensive after-sales support.
- Act as the voice of the customer to provide feedback for internal improvements.
- Maintain and enhance the company's reputation through positive customer reviews.
Requirements
- Italian: Native or near-native proficiency required.
- English and Spanish: Professional proficiency required.
- Extensive experience in customer service via phone and email.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage high-volume communication and incoming calls.
- Sales-oriented mindset with confidence on the phone.
