What you will do

  • Own core operational cadences including pipeline reviews, renewal tracking, and customer health reporting.
  • Translate complex business questions from CS leadership into clear problem statements and drive them to resolution.
  • Partner with Revenue Technology and Analytics teams to evolve systems and reporting infrastructure.
  • Build cross-functional alignment with Sales and Finance to operationalize go-to-market changes.
  • Identify process friction and lead end-to-end improvement efforts from diagnosis to adoption.
  • Support planning cycles including capacity modeling, territory planning, and target setting.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, management consulting, or strategy.
  • Strong critical thinking and structured problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Aptitude for systems thinking and understanding go-to-market motions.
  • Comfort operating in a scaling environment with high ambiguity.
  • Must be based in the United States.
