What you will do
- Own core operational cadences including pipeline reviews, renewal tracking, and customer health reporting.
- Translate complex business questions from CS leadership into clear problem statements and drive them to resolution.
- Partner with Revenue Technology and Analytics teams to evolve systems and reporting infrastructure.
- Build cross-functional alignment with Sales and Finance to operationalize go-to-market changes.
- Identify process friction and lead end-to-end improvement efforts from diagnosis to adoption.
- Support planning cycles including capacity modeling, territory planning, and target setting.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, management consulting, or strategy.
- Strong critical thinking and structured problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
- Aptitude for systems thinking and understanding go-to-market motions.
- Comfort operating in a scaling environment with high ambiguity.
- Must be based in the United States.
