What you will do

• Lead innovation projects from planning and execution through to post-launch monitoring.
• Manage project outputs, documentation, and progress reporting until official handover to the LCM team.
• Facilitate regular project reviews and implement lessons learned for continuous process improvement.
• Foster a culture of accountability and transparency within cross-functional project teams.
• Drive corrective action plans for product quality issues during the product lifecycle.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management, including 3+ years in a PMO role.
• Proven track record of managing complex, multi-functional projects, budgets, and risks.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and communication skills.
• Experience with continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives.
