What you will do

• Develop and implement strategic complex initiatives to enable business growth and regulatory compliance.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budget, and delivery risks using Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Perform detailed analysis to enhance business, system, and operational workflows.
• Facilitate communication and reporting across GBM teams, including Sales, Operations, Engineering, Legal, and Compliance.
• Oversee the project book of work, proactively managing cross-project dependencies and risks.
• Coordinate quality assurance testing, migration plans, and post-implementation reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in business analysis or project/program management.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in process analysis.
• Proven track record of scoping and driving delivery of projects in cross-functional team settings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with senior stakeholders.
• Must be based in Hong Kong.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of financial services industry, specifically FICC & equities products.
• Understanding of trade lifecycle processes and procedures.
• Project management certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or Agile.
• Knowledge of AI tools and applications in project management practices.
• Experience with JIRA, JIRA Portfolio, and Confluence.
