Senior Strategy Project Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Partner with senior leadership to translate business strategies into scalable execution roadmaps.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives focused on VIP and Institutional growth and operational efficiency.
• Implement AI-enabled delivery models, including process automation and AI copilots, to enhance organizational productivity.
• Utilize data analytics and AI-assisted workflows to identify business opportunities and operational bottlenecks.
• Establish governance frameworks and execution cadences to ensure delivery accountability.
• Provide executive-level updates on program progress, risks, and strategic trade-offs.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in strategy PMO, program management, or strategic operations.
• Proven ability to structure complex business problems and drive insights using data and AI-assisted workflows.
• Strong systems thinking with experience in top-tier internet, fintech, or consulting environments.
• English proficiency required; bilingual proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is preferred.
• High ownership mindset and ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
• Strong data literacy, including metric definitions and statistical interpretation.

Nice to have

• Experience in the crypto or fintech industry.
• Deep familiarity with LLM-based workflows, automation frameworks, and AI-assisted productivity systems.
• Proven track record of driving AI adoption across business workflows.
