Location: Remote (Canada-based salary band provided, global remote flexibility supported)
Salary: $114,400–$136,000 CAD (Ontario band)

What you will do
- Partner with Channel Leads to evaluate and prioritize opportunities across programmatic and adjacent marketing channels.
- Quantify expected business impact, including revenue growth, operational efficiency, and strategic value.
- Build and validate business cases for major roadmap opportunities and investment decisions.
- Standardize prioritization inputs across channels, including impact, confidence, urgency, and investment requirements.
- Maintain a portfolio-level view of inventory and channel opportunities, tradeoffs, and assumptions.
- Support quarterly channel investment reviews and leadership roadmap discussions.
Requirements
- Experience in technology, product strategy, business operations, strategic finance, or product management.
- Strong ability to quantify business impact, assess tradeoffs, and evaluate investment opportunities.
- Experience supporting roadmap prioritization, portfolio planning, or resource allocation decisions.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with comfort working through ambiguity.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for synthesizing complex tradeoffs for leadership.
- Ability to influence stakeholders without direct ownership of execution.
Nice to have
- MBA or equivalent business strategy experience.
- Experience in ad tech, martech, marketplace businesses, or B2B SaaS.
- Familiarity with programmatic advertising, inventory quality, or multi-channel marketing products.
