What you will do
- Develop and own a cohesive multi-market publishing strategy aligned with global goals and local player needs.
- Act as the primary publishing voice for the region in global product discussions.
- Lead integrated go-to-market plans connecting product beats, esports, and creator activations.
- Oversee large-scale budgets and make data-driven investment decisions.
- Build and align cross-disciplinary teams across publishing, creative, and commercial functions.
- Assess campaign performance and optimize strategy based on regional insights.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in publishing, marketing, or product management within games or tech.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact, multi-market campaigns.
- Deep understanding of FPS gaming culture and the VALORANT community.
- Fluent in Polish and English (C1+).
- Strong budget ownership and ROI maximization experience.
- Must be based in Berlin, Germany.

- Experience driving publishing strategy for major game launches or live service products.
- Success integrating esports and cultural moments into brand strategies.
- Analytical skills for translating complex insights into actionable tactics.
- Experience mentoring publishing professionals.
