What you will do

• Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to translate business needs into functional requirements.
• Design and customize Generative AI-based solutions for Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) maintenance.
• Document complex business processes, workflows, and operational manuals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables meet compliance, security, and performance standards.
• Promote best practices for process standardization and scalable architecture.
• Review and write technical documentation in English.

Requirements

• Advanced English proficiency for daily international collaboration.
• Proven experience in digital consulting environments.
• Strong background in Scrum methodology.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and engage multiple stakeholders.
• Consultative mindset with strong problem-solving and documentation skills.
• Must be available to work at the Campinas office.
