TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (Sales): Leading initial outreach to targeted commercial and enterprise accounts in conjunction with marketing teams with an accent on prospecting, lead qualification, and pipeline generation. Focus on executing outbound initiatives, conducting discovery conversations, and collaborating across departments to drive sales opportunities.

Location: Must be based in Ra-anana, Israel. Role is hybrid, requiring in-office attendance 3 times per week.

What you will do

  • Manage inbound lead flow and execute outbound prospecting initiatives.
  • Conduct high-level discovery conversations with key stakeholders in target accounts.
  • Generate qualified meetings and opportunities for the sales organization.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted lists, messaging, and event attendance.
  • Track and report all activities and results using Salesforce.
  • Mentor new team members on account navigation and strategy.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or near Ra-anana, Israel.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • 2+ years of professional work experience.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Salesloft or similar CRM/sales engagement tools.
  • Strong communication skills with a self-starter mindset.
  • Knowledge of business processes and organizational structures.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in the tech industry.
  • Background in sales development, marketing, or sales.
  • Proven experience in outbound prospecting.
