What you will do

  • Define and execute the enterprise sales strategy for the Nigerian market to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team to exceed customer acquisition goals.
  • Manage the end-to-end enterprise sales lifecycle, from prospecting and negotiation to account growth.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with C-level executives and senior decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, and Solution Engineering to deliver customer-centric solutions.
  • Monitor sales performance, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy using CRM platforms.

Requirements

  • 15–20 years of experience in Enterprise B2B Sales within CPaaS, Telecommunications, or SaaS.
  • Mandatory experience in the CPaaS or Digital Identity industry.
  • Proven track record of selling enterprise communication solutions and delivering ambitious revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of BFSI vertical clients and banking sector needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage C-level executives and manage complex commercial negotiations.
  • Fluency in English is required.
