What you will do

• Lead and coach a multidisciplinary team of mechanical engineers and developers.
• Develop product architectures for coffee machines from requirement definition to mass production.
• Coordinate the release of drawings and specifications to suppliers.
• Plan and steer the mechanical development process using structured methods.
• Identify gaps and implement improvements in development approaches using FMEA and risk assessments.
• Act as the technical interface between the engineering team, commercial managers, and designers.

Requirements

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 4+ years of experience in mechanical product development.
• Proficiency in CAD, specifically Unigraphics NX.
• Knowledge of mechanical design in plastic, rubber, and sheet metal.
• Familiarity with FMEA, tolerance analysis, and Design for Manufacturing.
• English level: Intermediate (B1).

Nice to have

• Experience in consumer electronics or the Business-to-Consumer sector.
• Experience with SAP.
• Design for Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
