What you will do

• Lead reporting and insight generation across organic, earned, influencer, and paid social activity in the EMEA region.
• Partner with regional and global social, marketing, creative, and agency stakeholders.
• Use AI agents and intelligent workflows to analyze social and marketing data and surface insights faster.
• Define outcome-oriented KPIs and quantify the factors that drive virality and consumer engagement.
• Deliver actionable analysis, executive reporting, benchmarks, and scalable measurement approaches.
• Manage competing stakeholder priorities and automate recurring reporting outputs where possible.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in marketing analytics or social media analytics.
• Experience with SQL and modern data platforms such as Snowflake.
• Strong experience analyzing Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other social platforms.
• Ability to translate analytical insights into clear business and creative actions.
• Strong analytical, spreadsheet, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with AI-assisted analytics tools and agentic workflows.
