What you will do

• Lead specialized unit for High Value Partner firms and IES customers, delivering high-touch consultative support across the partner journey.
• Drive growth in HVP segment by partnering with sales, product, and revenue teams to accelerate IES adoption.
• Champion partner voice internally, translating feedback into product and experience improvements.
• Oversee strategic programs like VAR, Revenue Share, and Wholesale for seamless implementation.
• Build and lead high-performing team, establishing relationship health frameworks and accountability for outcomes.
• Act as escalation point for complex issues and provide executive thought leadership on support strategy.

Requirements

• 15+ years in customer success, service delivery, or partner management in senior leadership role.
• Proven high-touch consultative support for enterprise customer/partner segments.
• Strong relationship-building translating to business outcomes.
• Experience hiring, developing, and leading high-performing teams.
• Cross-functional influence across sales, product, finance, and operations.
• Comfort in high-change environments and leading transformations.
• Business acumen to align investments with revenue and retention goals.
• Exceptional communication for diverse audiences.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in accounting, tax, bookkeeping, or financial services.
• MBA or focus in Accounting/Finance.
