Senior Marketing Specialist (B2B): Plan and execute growth-driven B2B marketing activities across Indonesia with an accent on multi-channel campaign execution, funnel performance tracking, and localizing global/regional programs. Focus on driving revenue from marketing leads through end-to-end campaign delivery, offline event coordination, and improving opportunity-to-booking conversion in close collaboration with Sales and Commercial teams.

What you will do
- Drive revenue generation from marketing leads by creating and executing multi-channel campaigns (A to Z), adapting global/regional campaigns to local market needs.
- Act as the primary marketing point of contact for Indonesia, working autonomously with local Sales teams and supporting distributors.
- Plan, organize, and execute offline events (tradeshows, seminars, workshops), including logistics, materials, and follow-ups.
- Create, adapt, and localize marketing materials (presentations, brochures, posters, banners, emails, videos, and promotional assets), including translations into Bahasa Indonesia.
- Execute marketing activities and content creation across key channels: social media, web, search (paid/organic), email, PR, digital advertising, and sales enablement.
- Track and monitor performance across the marketing and sales funnel and collaborate with Sales and Lead Qualification teams to improve opportunity-to-booking conversion.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on B2B marketing experience in demand/lead generation across digital and offline channels, with strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle and funnel management.
- Proven stakeholder management skills in a global matrix organization with shared accountability across sales, regional, and global teams.
- Good working proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia (including support for translations); business-fluent English required.
- Experience coordinating tradeshows, customer events, and/or webinars with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
- Willingness and ability to travel as required for trade shows, events, and business needs.
