Marketing Associate - SEA (Crypto)

Location: Remote from Indonesia, Jakarta; local marketing focus

Binance is a global blockchain company operating a major digital asset exchange and working to accelerate cryptocurrency adoption.

What you will do

• Execute local marketing initiatives and integrated campaigns from strategy and briefing through implementation and performance measurement.
• Build and manage relationships with affiliate partners, acquire new partners, and grow the affiliate program.
• Analyze campaign activity, optimize return on investment, and manage affiliate commissions and budget spend.
• Develop content, social channels, creative experiments, and acquisition initiatives.
• Grow and moderate local communities across forums, social platforms, Telegram, and chat groups.
• Coordinate with Angels and Binance teams on business development, lead collection, market research, data requests, and online/offline events.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience launching community initiatives, managing social media, or building online forums, ambassador programs, event series, or newsletters.
• At least 1 year of experience managing online and offline events.
• Proven experience managing and engaging communities through Telegram or similar channels.
• Understanding of cryptocurrency terminology, trends, and crypto culture.
• Excellent professional Indonesian Bahasa spoken and written skills.
• Excellent professional English spoken and written skills. Strong organization, multitasking, and time-management abilities are also required.
