What you will do

• Design and execute the roadmap for Rewards and Campaigns, setting hypotheses and measuring impact on key growth metrics.
• Identify and size new growth opportunities by collaborating with strategy and product teams.
• Build and maintain growth testing systems, including frameworks, instrumentation, and decision logs.
• Partner with the Creative team to test and ship assets that lift conversion rates.
• Drive cross-functional delivery by working with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Data Science.
• Synthesize experiment insights into strategic recommendations for senior leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Growth with a proven track record of leading end-to-end experiments.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with experimentation frameworks and data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Singapore.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, product-led growth, or B2B SaaS.
• Experience in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments.
• Advanced degree (MBA or Master’s).
