What you will do

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for tokenized equity trading on the DEX platform.
• Translate traditional brokerage experiences into native on-chain execution logic.
• Partner with Growth and Operations teams to convert users from traditional brokers.
• Identify and prototype new opportunities in the RWA and tokenized-equities space.
• Lead end-to-end execution from PRDs and prototyping to cross-functional launch.
• Define and monitor core product KPIs including volume, retention, and execution quality.

Requirements

• 3+ years in product management with 2+ years building equities or brokerage trading products.
• Deep understanding of traditional equities market structure, settlement, and corporate actions.
• Working knowledge of the on-chain/DEX stack including AMMs, order books, and routing.
• Fluent in Chinese is required for this role.
• Strong user research and behavioral analysis skills.
• Must have current right to work in Singapore without visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience launching tokenized equities or RWA products.
• Hands-on experience with DeFi and self-custody wallets.
• Familiarity with regulatory landscapes for tokenized securities.
• Proficiency in using modern AI tools for product workflows.
