What you will do

• Own and drive the success of multiple fintech product domains within product business units.
• Define, measure, and defend product success metrics to senior management; identify and tune the levers that impact those metrics.
• Define product direction (“what” to build) and build stakeholder alignment through clear reasoning and impact justification.
• Lead and coach senior product managers; support hiring funnels and talent pool development.
• Integrate user research, market analysis, and customer feedback into product requirements, roadmap, and feature prioritization.
• Coordinate product schedules and execution with engineering, design, analysts, and external stakeholders; liaise with regulators as needed.

Requirements

• 3+ years for senior level, or 5+ to 7+ years for head level and above (or 7+ years without an IT/Computer Science degree) in product management in strong tech companies with demonstrable product impact.
• Proven track record building and retaining effective product teams; proven mentoring experience for junior product talent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.
• High EQ and ability to persuade, convince, and manage diverse stakeholders.
• Fluency in English; Indonesian is a plus.
