What you will do

• Design and iterate the algorithm platform for on-chain data analytics, trading signals, and recommendation scenarios.
• Drive product design and optimization of the Web3 search system to improve relevance, recall, and latency.
• Embed AI capabilities such as LLMs and vector retrieval into search and algorithm products.
• Conduct deep research on smart contracts and protocol mechanics to translate insights into algorithmic features.
• Own end-to-end delivery quality from specification and development to QA and post-launch metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Statistics.
• 5+ years of Product Manager experience with a focus on algorithm platforms, search systems, or AI products.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.
• Solid understanding of ML model lifecycles, evaluation metrics, and experimentation.
• Experience with blockchain fundamentals, smart contracts, and on-chain data analysis.
• Strong execution discipline and ability to manage complex technical delivery.
