What you will do

• Define the mid-to-long-term product strategy and roadmap for Cashloan and BNPL products.
• Collaborate with risk, treasury, and business teams to balance growth, cost, and credit risk.
• Lead solution design and integration with payment and funding partners to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Own the full product lifecycle from definition and launch to operational optimization.
• Partner with analytics teams to build KPIs and dashboards for continuous product iteration.
• Drive execution across cross-functional teams including engineering, design, legal, and marketing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 5+ years of experience in product management with a background in payments, BNPL, or consumer finance.
• Proven track record of driving products from 0 to 1 or through significant scale.
• Strong commercial acumen with a solid understanding of lending operations and risk management.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional influencing skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Singapore.

Nice to have

• Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience leading products with more than 10 million users.
