Consumer Financing Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: Singapore; 5-day onsite work arrangement required

What you will do

• Own the strategy, roadmap, growth targets, and full lifecycle of Cashloan or BNPL products.
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and operational data to identify scalable growth and monetization opportunities.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, engineering, design, marketing, business, risk, treasury, and funding teams to drive execution.
• Design and integrate payment and funding partner solutions with reliable transaction flows and regulatory alignment across markets.
• Build operational analytics frameworks, KPIs, and dashboards with the analytics team.
• Monitor industry trends, regulations, and best practices and incorporate insights into product strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 5+ years of product management experience in payments, BNPL, cash loans, internet finance, or consumer finance.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Lead, taking a product from 0 to 1 or through significant scale.
• Strong understanding of lending operations, credit risk management, and commercial decision-making.
• Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, and cross-functional influencing skills.
• Experience leading products with more than 10 million users is preferred.
