What you will do

• Shape digital transformation strategies for leading global companies.
• Analyze, develop, and optimize customized IT architectures.
• Lead small, agile development teams in strategic IT implementation programs.
• Establish modern practices including DevOps and CI/CD.
• Perform feasibility studies and evaluate client digital capabilities.
• Ensure technical implementation of crucial requirements such as cyber resilience.

Requirements

• Degree in computer science, informatics, or a related discipline.
• At least four years of relevant experience in IT consulting, IT project management, or software development.
• Experience leading project teams of more than three people.
• Fluent in both German and English (C1 level).
• Flexibility and willingness to travel.

Nice to have

• Industry-specific knowledge in banking, insurance, or healthcare.
• Proficiency in French.
