What you will do

  • Execute regional marketing tasks from planning to post-event follow-up, including vendor coordination and registration management.
  • Build and manage event registrations, attendee communications, and campaign workflows using Splash, Zuddl, Salesforce, and Monday.com.
  • Support ABM and regional programs through email builds, landing page setup, and paid social coordination.
  • Perform quality assurance reviews of event setups and assets to ensure a high-quality attendee experience.
  • Coordinate budget tracking, PO management, and invoice processing in collaboration with finance.
  • Manage localization requests and asset distribution across EMEA and APAC markets.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in field marketing, regional marketing, or events.
  • Must be based in the United Kingdom.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Monday.com, Splash, or Zuddl (or ability to learn quickly).
  • Willingness to travel approximately 40%.
  • Comfort using AI tools to improve efficiency in content creation and data management.

  • Proficiency in local languages to assist with localization work.
