What you will do

• Lead governance support for enterprise IT initiatives, including boards and change control activities.
• Develop and maintain governance frameworks, decision paths, and escalation models.
• Coordinate agendas, meeting materials, and action tracking for leadership forums.
• Support the prioritization and triage of initiatives, risks, and enhancements.
• Collaborate across program, strategy, architecture, and financial teams to ensure actionable decisions.
• Maintain transparency through dashboards, scorecards, and performance reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, business, or related field and 5+ years of relevant experience.
• 8+ years of experience in federal IT governance or enterprise oversight functions.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in Baltimore, Maryland.
• Strong ability to facilitate executive working groups and decision forums.
• Proficiency in developing governance documentation such as charters and decision logs.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• PMP, SAFe SPC, or ITIL Foundation certification.
• Experience in health IT or public sector modernization.
• Experience supporting investment review or strategic planning processes.
