What you will do

• Design and support user-centered experiences in the ServiceNow platform, including workflows, forms, portals, and interfaces.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, UX researchers, and delivery teams to translate requirements into effective designs.
• Create and iterate on design artifacts such as wireframes, flows, and interaction designs.
• Partner with technical team members to ensure designs are accurately implemented.
• Participate in client and internal design reviews and incorporate feedback iteratively.
• Support multiple short-term efforts in a fast-paced, consulting environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• 3+ years of UX design experience.
• Must reside in the U.S., be authorized to work in the U.S., and perform all work in the U.S.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong problem-solving and systems-thinking skills.
• Demonstrated experience working within enterprise platforms or design systems.

Nice to have

• Experience in consulting, government, healthcare, or other regulated environments.
• Proficiency with Figma, Jira, and Confluence.
• Ability to balance design quality with platform constraints and delivery timelines.

Culture & Benefits

• Part-time, on-call role with variable hours based on project needs (0–30 hours per week).
• Core collaboration hours are 10:00am–4:00pm Eastern Time, with flexibility outside those hours based on time zone and project needs.
• Occasional travel may be required (e.g., quarterly) to an hirify.global office or client meeting.
• hirify.global monitors employee work locations and blocks access from foreign locations/foreign IP addresses and prohibits personal VPN connections.
