What you will do

• Design and deliver wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma.
• Create intuitive, responsive designs for both mobile apps and web applications.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
• Maintain design consistency across platforms with style guides and design systems.
• Apply UX principles to improve user journeys, accessibility, and overall usability.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Philippines
• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a portfolio showcasing mobile and web projects.
• Strong proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping, design systems).
• Solid understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and applying insights to design iterations.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present design concepts clearly.

Nice to have

• Experience with other design tools (Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, React) for effective collaboration with developers.
• Ability to create motion/interaction design for enhanced user experiences.
