What you will do

• Lead UX discovery activities, including heuristic evaluations, workflow analysis, and user interviews to understand complex business processes.
• Develop user personas, journey maps, and information architecture that reflect real-world enterprise workflows.
• Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity interactive Figma prototypes to validate design concepts.
• Design intuitive solutions for complex interface challenges such as large datasets, bulk actions, and rule-based interactions.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure designs are technically feasible and aligned with design system standards.
• Plan and analyze usability testing sessions using measurable outcomes to guide design improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of UX design experience focused on enterprise software or complex business applications.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design of information-dense interfaces for power users.
• Advanced proficiency with Figma, including wireframing and design system maintenance.
• Deep understanding of interaction design, usability principles, and WCAG accessibility standards.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Must be based in the United States.
