What you will do

• Oversee end-to-end programmatic campaign management across a diverse client portfolio.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of managers and executives.
• Act as the senior programmatic lead, owning strategy, performance reviews, and client relationships.
• Drive innovation through testing agendas, new formats, and beta opportunities.
• Collaborate with planning teams to develop integrated media strategies and maximize investment value.
• Ensure operational excellence, including financial accuracy, reporting, and process improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in programmatic or display media planning and activation.
• Proven experience leading programmatic campaigns across platforms like DV360, The Trade Desk, or Amazon.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing and coaching teams, including offshore resources.
• Strong client leadership skills with experience in strategic reviews and new business pitches.
• Must have the right to work in the UK.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
