What you will do

• Conduct comprehensive analysis of retirement plan investment options, including asset allocation, performance, and fees.
• Provide advanced investment expertise and support to Sales and Service teams.
• Collaborate with Advisor and Service teams to monitor client portfolios and recommend investment strategies.
• Analyze potential fund changes to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Identify emerging investment trends and opportunities for plan sponsors.
• Offer in-depth insights and talking points on mutual funds for client communication.

Requirements

• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in North Bethesda, MD.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or relevant experience in retirement plan services.
• Must possess a valid relevant securities license or be able to obtain it within 90 days of hire.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Demonstrated experience maintaining client information in a CRM (Salesforce preferred).
• Ability to travel up to 25% for business purposes.
