Salary: $65,000–$85,000

What you will do

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for an assigned group of clients, providing proactive and reliable service.
• Perform annual compliance testing and valuations for qualified retirement plans to ensure IRS adherence.
• Calculate employer contributions and interpret plan documents, amendments, and summary plan descriptions.
• Communicate technical retirement plan concepts clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate recordkeeping and administrative tasks to ensure timely completion of service deliverables.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to resolve issues and support client retention.

Requirements

• Must be based in the U.S.
• At least 3 years of experience in defined contribution plan administration with a Third Party Administrator focus.
• Experience supporting 401(k), 403(b), profit sharing, and defined benefit plans.
• Proficiency in performing compliance testing and communicating results.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Relius Administration software.
• Progress toward or interest in the ASPPA Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) designation.
