What you will do

• Manage a full caseload of members, providing clinical support from diagnosis through survivorship.
• Conduct comprehensive oncology intake assessments to establish care priorities and goals.
• Educate members and families on treatment options and clinical pathways using NCCN-aligned guidance.
• Coordinate care by facilitating communication between members, providers, and the internal care team.
• Identify and address psychosocial, financial, and logistical barriers to care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation within the care management platform.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
• Active RN license in a compact state with the ability to be licensed in all 50 states.
• Active ONCC certification in Oncology Nursing (OCN) required.
• Minimum 3 years of oncology nursing experience.
• Must be based in the Dallas, TX area for hybrid work requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with NCCN guidelines.
