What you will do

• Serve as a clinical subject matter expert for UNLOXCYT's mechanism of action, administration, and safety profile.
• Train nursing staff, pharmacists, and providers on product handling and adverse event management to ensure site readiness.
• Onboard new prescribers and identify educational needs within assigned accounts.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to align on strategic account planning and targeted execution.
• Engage with patient advocacy organizations to enhance disease awareness and treatment understanding.
• Contribute to internal training materials and the clinical acumen of the field force.

Requirements

• Active RN license and BSN (MSN, NP, APRN, or DNP strongly encouraged).
• Minimum 5 years of clinical oncology or immunology nursing experience.
• Must reside within the assigned territory (Southern NV, Southern CA to Sacramento, AK, and HI).
• Willingness to travel up to 70%, including overnight travel; must have a valid driver's license.
• Compliance with vendor credentialing and vaccination requirements at healthcare facilities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to translate complex science into actionable content.

Nice to have

• OCN, AOCN, or AOCNP certification (or willingness to obtain within 18 months).
• 2+ years of experience in a field-based nurse educator or commercial educator role.
• Experience with oncology biologics, immunotherapies, or buy-and-bill products.
