Salary: $198,409.52 – $208,780.00 per year.

What you will do

• Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic vision for the data engineering function.
• Design and implement efficient data solutions and high-performance pipelines on Azure.
• Lead and mentor a dynamic data engineering team to foster continuous innovation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver precise data solutions addressing unique business needs.
• Oversee data governance and privacy policies to ensure industry compliance.
• Optimize ETL processes and advocate for data-driven decision-making across the company.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Information Technology and Management or a closely related field.
• 6 years of experience in data engineering or a related occupation.
• Must be based in the U.S.
• Proficiency in ETL tools such as SSIS or DataFactory.
• Experience with Azure Synapse Analytics and Kimball data warehousing concepts.
• Strong programming skills in at least one language (C#, Java, Python, or Javascript).
• Experience with complex SQL query design and QA testing for relational databases.
