What you will do

• Provide L1.5, L2, and L3 production support for Azure and Databricks-based data pipelines.
• Troubleshoot failures related to ingestion, transformations, scheduling, and schema drift.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and implement permanent fixes for production incidents.
• Optimize Spark and Databricks workloads, including cluster tuning and Delta Lake performance.
• Monitor system health, SLAs, and platform costs using Azure observability tools.
• Collaborate with engineering and business teams to drive platform reliability and automation.

Requirements

• 6-7 years of experience in data engineering.
• Strong expertise in Azure Data Factory, Synapse, ADLS Gen2, and Databricks (Spark, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog).
• Hands-on proficiency in PySpark and SQL with strong debugging skills.
• Experience in the Martech domain.
• Understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, and Change Management).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
