What you will do

• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to take features from concept to deployment.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend software for consumer-facing mobile experiences.
• Investigate and implement API performance enhancements to ensure a fast user experience.
• Participate in the full development lifecycle, including testing, monitoring, and improving software.
• Advocate for new technologies and methodologies to drive engineering impact.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of hands-on software design and development experience.
• Expertise in Java is required.
• Solid experience with SQL, caching strategies, and data storage alternatives.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and complexity analysis.
• Experience working with web tier technologies and cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS cloud services.
• Experience with A/B testing or performance testing methodologies.
