What you will do

• Develop and maintain partnerships with federal, local, and regional stakeholders.
• Monitor regulatory developments and municipal requirements to inform strategic priorities.
• Plan and implement favorable local and regional regulations.
• Collaborate with external communications agencies to develop local messaging and media strategies.
• Support local operations teams in navigating regulatory issues and company interests.
• Represent the company as a point of contact in national industry associations.

Requirements

• Professional fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• 3+ years of professional experience in the political sector, public policy, or as a consultant.
• Bachelor degree in political science, communications, transport, urban planning, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to summarize complex political issues into compelling messages.
• Proven ability to build relationships with publicly elected representatives.
• Must be based in Spain.
