What you will do

• Manage the daily operations of the PR press office in Spain and other European markets, including BAU activities and large campaigns.
• Execute the go-to-market PR strategy for future European expansions.
• Develop and communicate value propositions for hirify.global Business and consumer product launches.
• Handle reactive media inbounds and manage crisis communication situations.
• Build and maintain relationships with key media, journalists, and external PR agencies.
• Utilize data and industry trends to inform PR strategy and maintain thought leadership.

Requirements

• Experience managing PR in Spain and across multiple European markets.
• Proven track record of securing impactful media coverage for business (B2B) audiences.
• Proficiency in non-traditional media such as podcasts, substacks, newsletters, and influencers.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
