What you will do

• Analyze public policy, regulatory, and legislative issues to draft position papers and recommendations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with government, regulatory authorities, NGOs, and international institutions.
• Represent Vodacom DRC in public policy forums and industry associations.
• Advise internal stakeholders on public policy developments and their potential implications.
• Collaborate with Legal, Regulatory, Corporate Affairs, and ESG teams for integrated advocacy.
• Monitor national and regional legislative developments, conducting risk assessments and reporting to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in law, Political Science, Public Policy, International Relations, or a related field
• Minimum of 5–7 years’ experience in public policy, government affairs, or regulatory relations (telecoms experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of the DRC’s political, regulatory, and economic environment.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in French and English.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management and policy advocacy.
• Strong analytical, research, and drafting skills.
