What you will do

• Own and grow the media relations network in the local market.
• Develop and execute annual PR strategies and quarterly communications plans.
• Draft press materials and localize global communication assets for the local market.
• Pitch stories to media outlets and coordinate speaking opportunities for spokespeople.
• Drive proactive PR initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Monitor PR performance, manage local budgets, and support crisis communications.

Requirements

• Proven experience in public relations, media relations, or corporate communications.
• Established relationships with journalists and a deep understanding of the local media landscape.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (copywriting) in both English and Spanish.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic mindset combined with strong attention to detail.
• Must be based in Madrid to support the hybrid work requirement.
