TL;DR

Senior Marketing Associate (Membership): Managing and optimizing digital performance marketing initiatives to grow membership with an accent on conversion rate optimization, A/B testing, and landing page performance. Location: Hybrid position based in Yonkers, NY. Must be based in and eligible to work from AZ, CA, CT, IL, MD, MA, MI, NH, NJ, NY, TX, VT, VA, or Washington, DC.

Salary: $87,040 – $103,000 annually (varies by location).

What you will do

  • Define and execute conversion rate optimization strategies and testing roadmaps to meet membership growth objectives.
  • Manage digital campaign setups, creative assets, and landing page enhancements in collaboration with internal teams and agencies.
  • Refine UX, copy, and creative elements through continuous, iterative testing alongside the Performance Marketing team.
  • Build reporting dashboards and share actionable insights regarding creative performance with senior leadership.
  • Implement creative strategies on emerging digital platforms to bolster brand recognition and engagement.
  • Utilize data-driven insights and A/B testing to pilot novel concepts and execute real-time campaign optimizations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of digital marketing experience, including at least 3 years in campaign development and multivariate testing.
  • Must be based in one of the following states: AZ, CA, CT, IL, MD, MA, MI, NH, NJ, NY, TX, VT, VA, or Washington, DC.
  • Strong creative eye with experience in design, creative direction, and UX principles.
  • Proven track record of leveraging data to inform decision-making and presenting findings to senior leadership.
  • Experience collaborating with external vendors and cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
  • No sponsorship or relocation assistance provided.

Nice to have

  • Experience with membership or subscription-based marketing models.
  • Knowledge of publisher paywall strategies.
  • Background in both nonprofit and commercial marketing environments.
  • Interest in social media channels and audience engagement dynamics.
