What you will do
- Manage day-to-day client accounts, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Develop and implement detailed account plans leveraging diverse media channels and agency solutions.
- Assist clients with budget establishment, forecasting, and monthly actualization.
- Analyze client data to identify trends, opportunities for growth, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal channel teams to drive project outcomes and strategic initiatives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client communications and issue resolution.
Requirements
- Must be based in the USA.
- 4-5 years of experience in Account Management or Client Partner roles.
- Proven track record of executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Extensive experience with digital platforms, Google Analytics, and project management tools.
- Proficiency in research tools such as Pathmatics, SimilarWeb, or Kantar/Vivvix.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
