What you will do

• Recruit, train, and develop relationships with insulation contractors and energy assessors to drive program participation.
• Design and execute outreach strategies to expand program visibility and attract new trade allies.
• Serve as a primary liaison between customers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless program delivery.
• Plan and staff community events, including delivering presentations to stakeholders.
• Monitor program performance, track leads, and prepare regular reports on metrics and outcomes.
• Support program delivery through occasional QA/QC activities and audits.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• 5-10 years of relative industry experience.
• Ability to perform field work and maintain a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test and background check.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
