What you will do
- Own the end-to-end People Operations lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee queries.
- Partner with the People team to deliver core programs like performance reviews, compensation cycles, and engagement surveys.
- Build and improve scalable processes, workflows, and self-service experiences to reduce manual work.
- Maintain accurate people data in BambooHR and support reporting requirements.
- Ensure compliance and audit-readiness across all HR systems, documentation, and records.
- Collaborate with Finance, IT, and external vendors to manage payroll inputs and EOR processes.
Requirements
- Must be based in the UK
- Proven experience in People Operations, HR Operations, or as an HR Generalist.
- Strong proficiency with HR systems, spreadsheets, and data analysis.
- Experience building and improving processes in a scaling or tech environment.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with empathy and sound judgment.
- Proactive mindset with a focus on automation and technology to simplify work.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with UK or EMEA employment practices.
- Experience with BambooHR or similar HRIS platforms.
- Background in supporting remote or globally distributed teams.
- Exposure to vendor management, benefits administration, or EOR models.
