What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end People Operations lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee queries.
  • Partner with the People team to deliver core programs like performance reviews, compensation cycles, and engagement surveys.
  • Build and improve scalable processes, workflows, and self-service experiences to reduce manual work.
  • Maintain accurate people data in BambooHR and support reporting requirements.
  • Ensure compliance and audit-readiness across all HR systems, documentation, and records.
  • Collaborate with Finance, IT, and external vendors to manage payroll inputs and EOR processes.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the UK
  • Proven experience in People Operations, HR Operations, or as an HR Generalist.
  • Strong proficiency with HR systems, spreadsheets, and data analysis.
  • Experience building and improving processes in a scaling or tech environment.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with empathy and sound judgment.
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on automation and technology to simplify work.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with UK or EMEA employment practices.
  • Experience with BambooHR or similar HRIS platforms.
  • Background in supporting remote or globally distributed teams.
  • Exposure to vendor management, benefits administration, or EOR models.
