What you will do

  • Execute end-to-end employee lifecycle transactions, including hires, changes, and terminations, in Workday across the EMEA region.
  • Own the accuracy and integrity of employee data to ensure seamless payroll, compensation, and benefits administration.
  • Manage complex and non-standard HR cases, maintaining operational standards and mitigating regulatory risks.
  • Support regional benefits programs and ensure adherence to labour laws across multiple EMEA jurisdictions.
  • Act as a key control point for quality assurance and support internal and external audits, including SOX.
  • Drive workflow optimization and efficiency by leveraging Workday functionality and AI-enabled tools.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in People Operations or HR Operations.
  • Advanced hands-on expertise in Workday transactions, data governance, and reporting.
  • Experience working in controlled, audit-driven environments.
  • Working knowledge of labour laws and compliance in two or more EMEA countries (e.g., UK, Spain, Romania, Israel, or Lithuania).
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Must be located within commuting distance to the London office.
